June 22, 2016 – CSE Talent client Maggie Rulli joins ABC News as a multi-platform reporter. She will be based out of Washington, D.C.
Rulli joins ABC News after spending the previous four years at Channel One News in New York City, where she served as an anchor/reporter. During her stint at Channel One, Rulli covered stories across the country and from around the world, notably as a voice for the network on the ground in Iran during the nuclear deal negotiations, from Paris in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on the city in 2015 and in Cuba immediately following the renewed diplomatic relations with the United States.
Additionally, Rulli has had the opportunity to interview First Lady Michelle Obama, provide an in-depth look at youth homelessness in America and also deliver a report on the state of nuclear weapons in the U.S.
Rulli graduated summa cum laude from Boston College in 2010, where she was honored with the Lawton Award as the school’s most outstanding communication major and contributed to BC’s cable television network as an anchor, reporter and executive producer. Following here collegiate career, she participated in the NBCUniversal Page program and also served as a host at The Pulse Network, before holding stints at Livestream and Zazoom.
While at Boston College, Rulli completed internships with CBS affiliate WBZ and ABC affiliate WCVB in Boston, and held two individual positions with NBC, serving as a production intern for Late Night with Conan O’Brien in 2008 and as a talent department intern for The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien in 2009.
